Jobs and how it works
In its recruitment agency role, The Job Post finds the right type of worker(s) you need: Temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire. Here is a summary of the process once you begin a partnership with us (also see How It Works):
The Job Post looks in its database for existing candidates for a good fit. These candidates have already been interviewed, vetted, and are ready to go.
If none are found, we advertise on job boards and other places job seekers will be looking. Continual advertising and vetting are part of our everyday outreach to keep employees readily available when you need them.
Once a candidate is found, we spend considerable time communicating with our employee(s). Discussing the job, your company culture, requirements, PTE, and transportation options are a big part of this process.
The employee will be referred to you and—in many cases—can start within 24 to 48 hours.
Communication between your company, The Job Post, and the employee continues throughout their employment to ensure a good and continuing fit for all.
Benefits, paychecks, bonuses, and so forth are provided by The Job Post.

They may participate in an extensive rehabilitation program where they learn to rely on spiritual help and eventually—Lord willing—find employment, and become contributing, law-abiding citizens. When this happens, it makes our mission a sustainable circle.
