Chaz was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. He joined the US Navy and served on the U.S.S. John C. Stennis during 9-11. Later he went to school for Computer Science and Cyber Security. He is really excited to become a piece of the puzzle to assist the organization.

He is the father of four amazing children named Kierra (age 22), Kyana (age 18), Chaz Jr (age 13), and Preston (age 10). His kids are the pride and joy of his life. His hobbies are spending time with his higher power, working out, anything to do with physical activity, and thrift store shopping.

Why Chaz works at The Job Post:

Because the program helped save my life. I love the idea of contributing to the men and women that are currently in the program. I’m not helping people get richer from a monetary standpoint. I’m helping people get richer in character, mentality, and spirituality.

What is the difference between spirituality and religion?

Religion to me is something that we can compromise to fit our personal desires, our will, and our personal agenda.

Spirituality to me is something that is settled in heaven forever. It doesn’t change. Its the truth. It was here before me and will be here after me. I have to get in line with it to become the me that God intends me to be. It does not have to accommodate anything that I “think” is right.
