JOB SUMMARY
- Primary role of the Processing Technology Unbatcher/Inspector is to ensure product meets assigned inspection/testing specifications by utilizing various standardized inspection and test methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs daily processed inspection per assigned inspection criteria requirements
- Performs special instructions per Extra Care or Vito requirements
- Maintains batch packet forms for all inspected pieces
- Performs performance indicator testing as required
- Repellency
- Lamination Bond Pull test
- Identifies non-conforming product and follows appropriate procedures
- Identifies non-conforming product that requires standard rework and follow appropriate procedures
- Support Quality & functional department teams in addressing quality issues as they arise in Operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Experience and Knowledge in Textile Industry/applications for use
- Experience and Knowledge in Finishing Technologies and Capabilities
- Proficient communication in both written and oral forms
- Strong attention to details both visually and written
- Must be proficient in FAS
