JOB DESCRIPTION
- Read and understand the operator instruction sheet including visual and dimensional requirements
- Run various machines, and assemble product as required
- Maintain production quantities and customer required quality on all product
- Inspect, gage, and measure product being processed as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including following 5s practices
- Maintain records of production, quality checks, and any other required paperwork
- Practice good housekeeping including following 5S requirements
- Obey and practice all safety procedures and properly use LOTO and wear required PPE
- Any other duties that management may deem necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit and or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day with up to 3 breaks
- Hand, arm, and wrist motions up to 2000 times per hour
- Withstand temperatures of up to 100 degrees with possible temperatures above that during summer months
- Lift up to 45lbs approximately 120 times per day
- Twisting bending at the waist up to 2000 times per day
- Wear safety glasses with side shields, ear protection, aprons, rubber, and or cotton gloves when required
