JOB DESCRIPTION
Located at the Byron Center, MI Lumbermen’s facility. This position will have the opportunity to provide estimates, work with vendors and implement projects throughout the Midwest and day-to-day responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mindset of, and inclination toward, continuous improvement
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specification sheets from architects and designers
- Natural detail orientation
- Solid understanding of the importance of accuracy and precision in work
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree desired)
- Blueprint knowledge/training beneficial
- Countertop-related industry experience is beneficial, but not required
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
