Calling all Job Post employees, former Job Post employees that have been hired permanently by our client-employer, and active applicants! Are you ready to make a little extra green this winter season? Here are some strategies for you! One is called our Pretty Good Odds referral program, while the other is a Luck of the Draws contest. Either way, they are both easy to do and you might walk away with a nice reward!
Pretty Good Odds Green – $25 Referral Bonus
Here’s how to earn a Pretty Good Odds referral bonus:
- Simply refer job seekers to The Job Post
- Have them complete a referral bonus coupon when they apply (we have them at the office but they should mention it)
- Once the applicant you referred is hired and works 40 hours, you’ll earn $25.
- No limits on the number of people you can refer!
Before this gets too complicated, just think about it.
- How many people do you know that could use a higher paying job? All of our jobs start at or above $15 per hour. Refer them!
- How many people do you know that may have a felony on their record and cannot find work as a result? We have many felon-friendly jobs for individuals that are eager to change their life’s path. Refer them!
- How many people do you know that can refer people they know to The Job Post? They can earn $25 for each person too. A good reason for them to apply and become an active applicant. Refer them!

Luck of the Draws Green
In this contest, we’ll draw names of winners for $50 or $100 Visa gift cards. To enter our Luck of the Draws drawings, here’s what you need to do:
- Like our Facebook page
- Once you like us, then start sharing our Facebook posts. You’ll get a ticket entered for every post you share, up to 20 posts.
- For Facebook likes and shares you must send a text to 616-214-7991 with your Facebook name. This is so we can identify, verify, and enter you in the drawing.
Sharing our posts could also increase your referrals for the Pretty Good Odds Green program. Your friends may ask you about The Job Post since you shared some posts, and you just might end up with another referral!
Remember, we are keeping track of your “likes” and “shares” and will enter you in the drawings for each valid like or share.
